- Q: What type of bulb does Endlight Lichtobjekte GmbH’s desk lamp use?
A: Our desk lamps are designed to be compatible with a variety of modern lighting solutions. Detailed bulb specifications are available on each product’s product page; please review them carefully before purchasing. - Q: What is the color temperature of the lamp?
A: If you purchased a lamp with an integrated LED light source, the color temperature will be clearly stated in the product description. If you choose to install your own bulb, you can choose LED bulbs with different color temperatures based on your personal preference. - Q: Are your lamps dimmable?
A: Some models support dimming. This will be clearly indicated as “dimmable” on the product page. Please note that if the lamp is dimmable, you will also need to use a compatible dimmable LED bulb and dimmer for optimal performance. 4. Q: What are the lamps made of?

About Ordering and Payment
- Q: How do I place an order?
A: - Browse our online store and add the products you like to your cart.
- Go to the cart, check the items, and click “Checkout.”
- Fill in your shipping and billing addresses.
- Select your preferred shipping method.
- Select your payment method and complete your payment.
- You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Please first check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, it’s likely that you entered an incorrect email address when placing your order, or that the email was delayed. Please provide your name and order information via the Contact Us page and we will verify it for you.
About Returns and Warranty
- Q: If I’m not satisfied with the product, can I return it?
A: Of course. Under German distance selling regulations, you have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive the product to decide whether to keep it. Please ensure the product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, with all labels and documentation intact. - Q: What is the return process?
A: - Please contact our customer service team by email or phone to let us know your order number and your return intention.
- We will provide instructions for returning the product to the designated address.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it is correct, we will issue a refund (to the original payment account) as soon as possible.
- Q: Is there a warranty?
A: Yes. All our lamps come with a 24-month warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that the warranty does not apply to damage caused by mishandling, accidental damage, or modifications. To request warranty service, please contact our customer service and provide proof of purchase.
