1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, email us at support@hardvana.xyz with photos and a description of the issue.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Customized or special-order items
5. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
